Getting Activity Insight support for login issues and questions


Activity Insight
is not directly supported by the Technology help desk.   The help desk can only ensure that your Stout username and password that you are trying to access Activity Insight  with are correct, users will need to follow procedures listed below to get support for Activity Insight.

College or Division specific questions for Activity Insight should be directed to the Activity Insight representatives of your respective college and division.  Representatives are listed on the below and on the Activity Insight login page.  They can also be referenced within Activity Insight(AI) when a help ticket is initiated in AI.

Common Issues that can be directed toward representatives:
  • Issues logging into Activity Insight (Stout username and password required)
  • Training
  • Web profile appearance or incorrect information listed
  • College or Department is listed incorrectly in profile
  • Comments or Requests
  • Name changes in Activity Insight
  • Scheduled courses are not listed or incorrectly listed
  • Reporting and Creating Reports
