Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App: Adobe Licensing Enrollment

Summary: Instructions on how to enroll in Adobe Named User Licensing

Adobe Named User Licensing

As of July 2019, Adobe licensing has changed and will require all users to be enrolled into Adobe to utilize the software.  With this change in licensing, the pricing structure has changed and the university will now be paying for individual licenses rather that a site license.  It has become cost prohibitive for the University to pay for all users to have access to Adobe software, and users who need to use Adobe products for their coursework or work related projects will need to be enrolled.  Please read the following to find out how to enroll if you need access to Adobe Creative Cloud.

eStout and Stout Online Students:

Students enrolled in courses that require Adobe Creative Cloud will be pre-enrolled into Adobe.

Self Enrollment Option:

Students who are not enrolled in courses that require Adobe Creative Cloud will have the option to self enroll on our Adobe Self Enrollment page.  This enrollment period will expire twice a year and students will need to self enroll again to continue the use of Adobe.

Faculty and Staff:

Faculty and Staff who need to have access to the Adobe Creative Cloud software can self enroll on our Adobe Self Enrollment page.  This enrollment will be perpetual.
All users will also need to install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.  Please visit the KB Article:   Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App: Installation  for instructions on how to install the app.
