  • Go to Login Screen for ImageNow Desktop Client or Perceptive Experience.
    • Enter password.
  • FOB users will need to enter their FOB code as part of their password.
    • Password Example: password,123456  (no spaces)
  • Mobile device users will get a duo prompt
