• Route anywhere is the Long List and includes all queues in that specific workflow session. 

• Route anywhere options are different depending on which workflow session you are in. 

• UW Stout has 50+  workflow sessions.

• When the document is open in workflow, here are your options.

• If the Actions pane isn’t available, find the menu bar across the top and point to View, and click Actions.

  • Now the  Route Anywhere option is available to choose in the Actions pane on the left of the screen.

  • The route anywhere list will appear.
• Find the menu bar across the top and point to Workflow,click Route Anywhere.
  
  • The route anywhere list will appear.
• There is an icon at the bottom on the screen, click for the route anywhere list to appear.
• The document will route to the selected queue.

Perceptive Experience

 When the document is open in workflow, find the icon that looks like piece of paper with and down arrow next to it in the menu at the top of the document.

• Click the down arrow next to the piece of paper icon.
• The Route forward list will appear with the Route Anywhere is listed at the bottom of the list.
• Click Route Anywhere for the list to open and make your selection.
• The document will route to the selected queue.
