What to do if the security questions needed to reset a forgotten password cannot be answered
Security questions are established at the time of account activation. If you are unable to answer your security questions and have an alternate email address on file the answers will be sent to that email address.
Users who are unable to recall the answers to their security questions and do not have an accessible alternate email address on file will require assistance from the Technology Help Desk. Please visit 109 Sorensen Hall with a photo ID or call the help desk at 715-232-5000. A help desk ticket will be created for staff to assist Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm.
