Troubleshooting etext book access problems
If you have not previously accessed the book
- Attempt to open the text book via the link in the e-Text mini bar of the course homepage in Learn@UW-Stout using a different web browser (Internet Explorer or Chrome)
- Open a self-service ticket for the help desk; please include the name of the course and a phone number
If you have had access to the book in the past and now cannot access
Access to etextbooks must be re-authenticated every two weeks. If you have had access to the book in the past and now cannot access it via a saved link, favorite, or cached browser content, access the book again via Learn@UW-Stout (see step one above). Access the textbook through Learn@UW-Stout at least once every two weeks.
