Perceptive Content: Capture Profile Card Access

• Setup the Card Access and/or the Class Roster capture profile [printing into Perceptive Content (ImageNow)] options.
• You can setup as many capture profiles as you need.
• You are the only one that can see them.
• They are saved on your local computer.
• Log into the Perceptive Content desktop client.
• Click the down arrow next to Capture, click to see the drop down menu.
• Click Manage Capture Profiles.
• If you do not see the Manage Capture Profiles option, please contact Technology HelpDesk.

The New Capture Profile dialog box appears.
Click Create.

The following adjustment need to be made for the Card Access Forms.

• On the General Tab
  • Name:  Card Access Form
  • Source:  ImageNow Printer
  • Mode:  Single
  • Workflow:  Select global_reindex_ft5
• On the Single Tab
  • Application Plan:  ~L_CCO Campus Card-Access Request Forms
  • Choose OK when finished.

The following adjustment need to be made for the Card Access Class Roster.

• On the General Tab
  • Name:  Card Access Form - Class Roster
  • Source:  ImageNow Printer
  • Mode:  Single
  • Workflow:  Select your L_Forms LastName, FirstName workflow queue
• On the Single Tab
  • Application Plan:  ~L_CCO-Access Request Fm-Class
  • Choose OK when finished.

Card Access Request Form

• Fill out the form
• Name and number of the class and a note to see the attached class roster.
• Class Roster is found in Access Stout and is printed into Perceptive Content using the Card Access Class Roster option.
• The Card Access form and class roster need to be merged into one document.
• Highlight both documents, right click and choose merge.

Adjust the Perceptive Content printing options see below.
Print the class roster from Access Stout in using your new Card Access Form Class Roster capture profile.
