Self Service Ticket Request and Features
Self-service request and summary
Faculty, staff, and students can request assistance by submitting a self-service ticket.
Self-service tickets are monitored and responded to during Technology Help Desk Hours.
Along with a description of the issue, users are encouraged to include a phone number, alternate email address, and any error messages. If a C# sticker is present, please include the number that is listed on that sticker.
Other features found in self-service:
- View open service tickets
- All faculty and staff can view assigned computers
- Inventory Administrators (as designated by each department) access online computer inventory
