Manual Installation of Networked Printers (CTS Techs) - Windows
How to manually install printers directly from the print servers.
This method of install is to be used only if all other installation attempts fail
- Connect to eduroam or a wired ethernet connection
- Connect device to Admin by Request
- Use Windows + r to open the run command prompt
- Enter the server name for the printer you'd like to install
For Papercut Printers:
\\pcweb.uwstout.edu - Locate the printer you'd like to install then right-click > Connect
- It may take a minute to connect, just be patient
- Repeat for each printer you'd like to install
