Mobile BlueCard Install Steps
How to Get Started
Follow the steps below to set up your Stout Mobile BlueCard on your mobile device:
1. Download the Transact eAccounts Mobile App

- On your mobile device, use Transact eAccounts Mobile App link
- Or scan this QR code
2. To add your institution, type "Stout" in the search field
3. Select University of Wisconsin-Stout from list
4. Click UW-Stout Login button
5. A login page will display, enter your campus credentials and click Sign In button
Important: If you receive a Sign In Error, please contact Campus Card Office to unlock your eAccounts record.
6. A multi-factor authentication page will be displayed, approve the multi-factor authentication request
7. Your eAccounts main screen will display
8. Click “Add to Wallet” button to start the process of downloading your mobile BlueCard to your mobile device

- Note: If "Add to Wallet" does not show up, your phone may not be NFC-capable. Click on the System Requirements below to see if your device meets the requirements.
9. A reminder stating that "Credentials are non-transferable and for personal use only" will display. To accept, click I Understand button.
10. A progress screen for Adding Card will be displayed
11. Terms and Conditions for your mobile BlueCard will be displayed. To accept, click Agree at bottom right of screen
12. A screen stating the download is complete will be displayed.
