Perceptive Content: MailMerge Error

This article will tell you how to fix the "Document could not be stored!" error when using the ImageNow MailMerge Printer

Steps:

1. Download the searchkeys.ini file from this link.

2. Copy the file from your downloads folder

3. Navigate to C:\Program Files\IN Mail Merge

4. Paste the file into the IN Mail Merge folder.

5. If asked, choose to Replace the file.
