Centralized Course Evaluation (CCE): Instructor Tasks - Notify Students

Directions for Centralized Course Evaluation (CCE) instructor task that is due near the beginning of semester/term.
  1. Login to Blue. https://uwstout.bluera.com/

    If prompted, enter your UW-Stout login credentials.

  2. Click the View Your Course Evaluation Dashboard (see red arrow).

    A tile will populate for each course slated for an evaluation.

  3. To see the calendar dates when an evaluation will be administered for a course you are teaching click the three ellipses in the course tile of interest.

    Click Manage Settings

    Click Manage Settings in Blue

    A new pop-up window will open. Start and End Dates are listed in the middle.

  4. Near the beginning of the semester/term, inform your students of centralized course evaluation and administration dates.
