Centralized Course Evaluation (CCE): Instructor Tasks - Beginning of Term
Directions for Instructor Tasks due near the course start date:
Task 1: Identify which of your courses will be evaluated and when (administration dates).
- Login to Blue. https://uwstout.bluera.com/
If prompted, enter your UW-Stout login credentials. - Click the View Your Course Evaluation Dashboard (see red arrow).

A tile will populate for each course slated for an evaluation. - To see the calendar dates when an evaluation will be administered, click the three ellipses in the course tile of interest.

Click Manage Settings
A new pop-up window will open. Start and End Dates are listed in the middle.
Task 2 (Optional): View your courses removed from evaluation by your department chair.
- Go back to the screen showing all your tiles.
- Click the drop down arrow next to Filters

- Select the Opted out checkbox.

- Click Apply

Your removed course(s) will be displayed.
Task 3: Inform students if their course will be evaluated and when.
Include evaluation status and administration dates in your course materials.
