Centralized Course Evaluation (CCE): Instructor Tasks - Beginning of Term

Directions for Instructor Tasks due near the course start date:

Task 1: Identify which of your courses will be evaluated and when (administration dates).

  1. Login to Blue. https://uwstout.bluera.com/

    If prompted, enter your UW-Stout login credentials.

  2. Click the View Your Course Evaluation Dashboard (see red arrow).

    A tile will populate for each course slated for an evaluation.

  3. To see the calendar dates when an evaluation will be administered, click the three ellipses in the course tile of interest.

    Click Manage Settings

    A new pop-up window will open. Start and End Dates are listed in the middle.

Task 2 (Optional): View your courses removed from evaluation by your department chair.

  1. Go back to the screen showing all your tiles.

  2. Click the drop down arrow next to Filters

  3. Select the Opted out checkbox.

  4. Click Apply

    Click Apply

    Your removed course(s) will be displayed.

Task 3: Inform students if their course will be evaluated and when.

Include evaluation status and administration dates in your course materials.
