Sony Monitor Pro Mode
[in progress] Guide to configuring the Pro Mode settings of a Sony Monitor
To leave Pro Mode:
On the remote: [Display (Or Info/i+)] --> [Mute] --> [Volume Up] --> [Home]
The display will restart, and return to regular mode where monitor system settings and pro mode restrictions can be configured.
Options configurable with Pro Mode settings:
- Power on by HDMI plug-in
- Behavior of the "Home" key
- Fixed Input Sources
- Maximum volume adjustment
- Start-up Applications
- Remote power on/off control
- Fixed display settings
The settings app is also restricted to users while the monitor is in Pro mode, and will display an "application unavailable" toast message.
