Common use cases:

  • Find a file you can’t remember the name of by describing its content
  • Locate emails, meeting notes, or documents related to a project or topic without digging through folders
  • Locate a document by describing its content instead of its filename

  • Maintain a shared knowledge space for a team, committee, or ongoing initiative

It is the usage of agents — not their creation — that incurs cost

Availability:

Users can build agents without a paid license

What they are:

Agents are customizable AI assistants designed to perform specific tasks, answer targeted questions, or support defined workflows using connected data sources.

Common use cases:

  • Create an agent that answers common questions using SharePoint or policy documents
