Summer Hours (Starts 5/18)

Monday-Friday: 7:30AM to 4:30PM
*We will be open for remote only support on 7/3

Spring Hours

Mon-Thurs: 7:30 AM to 10 PM (Remote only support after 4:30 PM)
Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Sat-Sun: 10 AM to 8 PM (Fully remote support, in person by appt only)
*Finals Week: Help Desk is open until 8PM on Friday 5/15

Fall Hours

Mon-Thurs: 7:30AM to 10PM
Friday: 7:30AM to 4:30PM
Sunday: 12PM to 10PM

Winterm Hours

Monday-Friday: 7:30AM to 4:30PM

General Schedule Information

  • The Technology Help Desk closes at 4:30 the day prior to and during all breaks and holidays as published in the academic calendar
  • Hours change based the academic calendar; evening and weekend hours are held during the fall and spring semesters only
  • Closed state-observed holidays 
  • In the event that classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or emergency, for the safety of our student staff, the Technology Help Desk closes one hour after the conclusion of the last class of the day.
