Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Spring & Fall Semester Hours

Sunday: 12:00 PM to 6 PM (Remote Support)

Mon-Thurs: 7:30 AM to 6 PM (In-Person Support)

                    6 PM to 8 PM (Remote Support) 

Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

General Schedule Information

  • The Technology Help Desk closes at 4:30 the day prior to and during all breaks and holidays as published in the academic calendar
  • Hours change based the academic calendar; evening and weekend hours are held during the fall and spring semesters only
  • Closed state-observed holidays 
  • In the event that classes are canceled due to inclement weather or emergency, for the safety of our student staff, the Technology Help Desk closes one hour after the conclusion of the last class of the day.
