eStout Student Laptop Program: Post-Graduation Support

Once ownership of the laptop is transferred you are responsible for any on-going maintenance and support.

HP Support

Contact 800-474-6836 for any hardware problems. 
Your laptop must still be covered under HP warranty for this service. You can verify your coverage by following this link: HP Warranty check

Apple Support

Contact 800-275-2273 for any hardware problems.
Your laptop must still be covered under Apple warranty for this service. You can verify your coverage by following this link: Apple Warranty check.

The Technology Help Desk does not support laptops after transfer/graduation. The University transfers ownership of the laptop to the graduate though the eStout Student Laptop Transfer Program. Some computers have warranties remaining and support services may be available from the manufacturer.

Note: After graduation, the laptop will be covered for a maximum of one year, but it may be less than that. It is best to look on the link above to check the computer's warranty.
