How to get assistance for AV Classroom Technology.

To request immediate AV assistance in a classroom. please call the Technology Help Desk at 715-232-5000 and press 1. (If your issue is not AV related you will be forwarded back to the Help Desk.)

Please be prepared to relay the following information:

  • Building Name
  • Classroom Number
  • Technology issue
  • Type of Laptop (HP or Mac)
  • Time of Issue
