From the drop-down list in the phone’s idle screen, select the status you require.By default, your status is based on your Teams client. 

• Available – Your online and available
• Busy – You’re busy and don’t want to be interrupted
• Do not Disturb – Stops the phone from ringing when people call (Callers will hear a busy signal)
• Away – hide your status and it appears that you are currently away
• Be right back – you will be away briefly and return shortly
