If after opening and downloading the Course Enrollments report, or other spreadsheets downloaded from a reputable resource (like TAM or PeopleSoft) from AccessStout, the Excel spreadsheet opens to a blank, gray window, please try the following:

1. Save the file (rather than choosing to open it) to your computer (it can be named anything you wish)
2. Right click on the saved file and choose Properties.
3. On the General tab either check the Unblock box or hit the Unblock button.
   
   
   
   
4. Click OK
5. Open the file as you would any spreadsheet
