IT Department Technology Consultants

Each campus department has an IT Consultant assigned to their area. For help with your day-to-day issues and technology support questions, please continue to contact the Technology Help Desk.

Consultant responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as technology liaison and meet with department personnel to facilitate technology-related planning, projects, and purchasing activities
  • Answer questions related to planning for department technology needs
  • Help with the computer purchasing process, including exceptions, when needed
  • Attend department meetings, as needed or requested, to inform stakeholders of changes to campus technology or technology practices
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders in departments
