Lanier or Ricoh printer is physically broken
How to get Ricoh and Lanier printer physical issues fixed by EO Johnson
If there is something physically wrong with the printer please call EO Johnson @ 844-342-5365
- Have the location of the printer and asset number of printer ready before calling
- Asset number: Example M3602
Examples of physical hardware issues:
- Streaks across print jobs
- Printer not powering on
- Screen on printer not showing
- Buttons on printer not working
- Alarms
- Weird grinding noises coming from printer
- Smoke (Unplug and then call!)
