UWBI: Student Work Authorization
UWBI: Student Work Authorization
This process requires 2-Step Authentication to log in. For more information on 2-Step Authentication review the Knowledge Base article: 2-Step: Logging in Using 2-Step Authentication. If you have not enrolled in Stout’s Duo 2-Step Authentication, please contact the Technology Help Desk at techdesk@uwstout.edu or Ext. 5000.
You will begin by entering the UWBI URL into your Internet browser. You may want to either place this on your desktop or in your favorites. https://uwbi.wisconsin.edu/analytics
Use the Select Organization drop down box to select UW-Stout.
There are a few different ways to get to the Work Authorization report.
Option One:
- Click on the Dashboards menu item at the top of the screen. The dashboards you have visible to you will be listed.
- Click on the link for the UWSTO Student Work Authorization
Option Two:
- Navigate
to the Campus Community Dashboards by clicking the View Dashboard link.
- The Student Work Authorization
report link is in the upper left-hand corner of the Campus Community Dashboard.
Option Three
- Scroll down to the Helpful Resources section below the UW-Stout Dashboards.
- In the Where are my reports? section, click on the link Go to Hyperion UWBI Mapping page.
- It will take you to the mapping
page. Click on UWSTO Student Work Authorization to access the report.
Additional Navigation
Once on the Student Work Authorization report, instructions are listed on the right-hand side. Below is a list of additional navigation within the report.
A. Instructions for running the Student Work Authorization Report.
B. Area to enter Aid Year and Campus Id(s). Below this area is where the PDFs will display once the report has been run.
C. Links to additional resources.
D. Notes tab containing additional information such as: Directions for multiple id(s), legacy mapping, and change history.
