ImageNow Upgrade

An ImageNow upgrade is scheduled for August 15th beginning at 4:30 PM. Access to the system will not be available until Friday, August 16th.  A desktop client upgrade will be pushed out to all computers.

The primary change for this upgrade is that Perceptive Experience will now provide folder support.  The desktop client will be upgraded on your computer, but you will not notice any changes.

If your computer was powered off on Thursday evening you may get an error when you attempt to open the desktop client.  

ImageNow Error

If you see this error, you have two options:

Option 1: You can wait approximately 1-2 hours for the upgrade to install on your computer automatically 

Option 2: Visit Software Center and manually install the newest client.
