Verizon Outage - Duo

A Verizon outage may effect your 2-Step Authentication in Duo.

We were alerted this morning about a Verizon outage in our area. This will effect Verizon users who have their phone set up as their Duo two-step device. Those having issues receiving a Duo push should connect to the Stout Secure wi-fi while on campus. Off-campus users can utilize the passcode option by opening their Duo app and clicking the UW Stout entry. This will provide a code that can be used in place of the usual Duo push.
