New Help Desk System: Team Dynamix

A new help desk system will be rolled out in January of 2023.

Learning and Information Technology will be rolling out a new help desk ticketing system throughout the month of January. When the new system goes live, you will access the new portal by visiting the current URL:  https://helpdesk.uwstout.edu


Email Notification

The following is an example of the email notification you will receive after submitting a support ticket. All ticket updates and closure notifications issued using our ticketing system will come from Technology Help Desk <techdesk@uwstout.edu> and have a similar format. The subject will include UW Stout Tech Desk - Ticket Created.

The email will also include the following:  

  • Subject of your ticket 

  • Short description of your request 

  • A link to check your status in Team Dynamix

New Portal

The following image is what you will see when you access our new customer portal from a web browser. You can submit support tickets, get information about our support and services, and search the UW-Stout KnowledgeBase through the portal.

The following is what you will see when you access our customer portal from your mobile device. The same information that our web portal offers will be displayed to you in a mobile-friendly way.
