LIT will be performing an ImageNow/Perceptive Content update on Friday, June 16th beginning at 4:30 pm.
LIT will be performing an ImageNow/Perceptive Content update on Friday, June 16th beginning at 4:30 pm. Access to ImageNow and Perceptive Experience will be available again on Monday, June 19th at 6:00 am.
The new desktop client will be pushed out to all computers and the first time you log into your computer after the upgrade is complete, the desktop client will automatically install. Staff will have the option to wait for the client to automatically install (approximately an hour), or if you need ImageNow immediately Monday morning, you will have the option to download the new client from Software Center (approximately 10 minutes).
If you are working remotely, you will need to connect to VPN to receive the new desktop client file. We can’t determine how long this will take as it will depend on your internet speed, but an hour should be enough time. You can also download the client from Software Center.
