New DUO Prompt is Here!

LIT has implemented Duo “Universal Prompt,” which makes your login experience look and feel a little different with some minor improvements. The new login experience improves overall security and accessibility for UW-Stout
This is not a significant change for most end users but there are some things that you will notice including a DUO prompt.

This new prompt will automatically send you a push notification.
- Use your mobile device to approve authentication as normal.
- To select a new option for authentication, click on Other options. This will stop the automatic push and provide other options for authentication.
- FOB users will click on this and select Hardware Token.
- After 12 hours, when you get prompted again for DUO, you will want to check the Remember Me check box.
- The Forgot your 2-Step device? option is not on the main page. You will find a link to this by clicking on Need Help?
