Intermittent Wireless Issues

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with campus wireless.
LIT is aware of intermittent issues with campus wireless. We are reviewing our logs and actively working to troubleshoot and determine the cause of the issues. We are able to see that the majority of our users are able to connect, so this makes it difficult to troubleshoot.
If you do experience issues, please contact the helpdesk and provide the following information:
- Time of issue
- Location
- Type of device
When this does occur, please attempt to disconnect from eduroam and reconnect. In many cases this resolves the issue. You can also restart your computer to see if that allows you to connect.
