Microsoft Teams Phone Issues

Known issue with some phones on campus.
We are currently experiencing an issue that may affect your desk phone connection.
What’s Happening:
- Some desk phones are showing as offline or displaying a registration failure message on the screen.
- This means that shared accounts will not be able to make and receive calls on these phones while they are offline.
How This Affects You:
- If your desk phone is signed in with your individual account, you can still receive and make Teams calls using the Teams app on your laptop.
- If the desk phone is signed in with a shared account, calls will not ring through the phone. Delegates can still make and receive calls on behalf of the shared account in the Teams app on their laptop.
What We're Doing:
