New look for My UW and HRS login

In January the login page for My UW, HRS, and other system resources will have a new look.
As part of the new UWSA website redesign the Institution Selection Page of our UW System login process will change from a radio button format to a drop-down format. The change applies only to the look of the login page, not the systems themselves, and no downtime is anticipated.
