Office 365 app tiles not displaying from Outlook on the Web

The Application Launcher that provides a link to applications such as SharePoint and OneDrive does not list the full set of applications that are available. Microsoft is working to resolve this. As a workaround, OneDrive for Business/Education can be accessed via this link: http://onedrive.uwstout.edu; all application tiles are available via the OneDrive web application.
