Microsoft Stream

Microsoft Stream is where all Teams recordings are stored.

Microsoft Stream has been updated as of August, 2021.  The new Microsoft Stream allows users to share, discover, and manage your Teams video recordings just as you would any other Office 365 file. 

Stream

  • Channel Meetings: All recordings will be saved in a "Recordings" folder located in the Channel files folder. Everyone in the Channel will have rights to view the recording. The link to the recording will also show up in the meeting chat history.

  • All Other Meetings: Recordings will be stored in the OneDrive of the person who clicked record in a "Recordings" folder. The person who recorded the meeting, as well as the organizer of the meeting, will have editing rights to the video recording. Everyone in the meeting will have rights to view the recording. The link to the recording will also show up in the meeting chat history.
