Create credentials in Credential Manager

1. Right click Start
2. Select Run
3. Type into Run prompt control panel
4. Click OK
   
   
   
   
   
5. In the Control Panel select “Small icons” from the drop-down menu at the top right.
6. Select Credential Manger
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. Select Windows Credentials
8. Click Add a Windows credential
   
   
   
   
   
   
9. Enter the requested info (see screenshot for example)
   
   
   
   
   
10. Click OK

Install Printer

1. Right click Start
2. Select Run
3. Type into the Run prompt \\pcweb.uwstout.edu
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click OK
5. Right click the printer you’d like to install and select Connect.
        
   NOTE: After selecting Connect, it may be a moment before anything happens.
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. If you do not already have the driver installed, you will see a pop up with the title “Do you trust this printer?”. Click Install driver.
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. Click Yes to the next prompt.
   
   
   
   
   
8. Installation is complete.
