How to install a Papercut printer from a Mac

Admin By Request

  1. Request admin access using Admin by Request. See Admin by Request (Mac): Requesting Admin Access

Remove a Printer

  1. Navigate to System Preferences
  2. Select Printers & Scanners
  3. Select the printer you are looking to replace.

  4. Select Remove Printer *If prompted for a username and password. Please see “Admin By Request” step above.

Printer Properties

    Install PaperCut Printer

    1. Open Self Service

      Self Service

    2. Select Printers

      Self Service Printers list

    3. Locate the PaperCut printer (indicated with the PaperCut logo) you’re looking to install and click Install.

    4. Wait for install to complete.

    Once the install is complete, you should be able to start printing.
