Infinite webpage loading (Windows)
On a Windows computers you may encounter an issue where a web page may repeatedly reload. To fix this issue, try the following steps below.
- Close your browser
- Click Start
- Click All apps
- In the search bar, type Settings
- Click Settings
- On the new Settings window, click Time & Language
- Click Date & Time
- Make sure the Time zone drop down is set to your current timezone. If you are on campus, it should be (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada). If it is not set correctly, click on the drop down and click on the correct time zone.
- On the same window, scroll down to the Additional Settings section
- Click Sync now
The web page you are trying to access should now load correctly. If you are still having issues, you can open a ticket through our Self-Service Portal.
