How to Factory Reset an eStout Laptop After Graduation
When a student graduates, they must do a factory reset on their laptop. Students have the option of having this done at the Technology Help Desk in Sorenson Hall 109, or they can do it themselves.
BEFORE performing a factory reset on your laptop, please make sure to download any documents or files you wish to keep to an external hard drive or upload them to a cloud service (not OneDrive).
