How to Factory Reset an eStout Laptop After Graduation
When a student graduates, their laptop needs to be reset with a personal account. Students have the option of having this done at the Technology Help Desk in Sorenson Hall 109, or they can do it themselves.
BEFORE performing a factory reset on your laptop, please make sure to download any documents or files you wish to keep to an external hard drive or upload them to a cloud service (not OneDrive). More details can be found on our KnowledgeBase: Email and Data Migration Guide
