As part of the larger Administrative Transformation Project (ATP) there will be significant changes to the My UW Portal, or my.wisconsin.edu.

All employees will notice a different look when accessing Human Resources (HR), Benefits and Payroll information. The My UW Portal, or my.wisconsin.edu, will begin redirecting users directly to HRS. Instead of accessing the My UW Portal, employees will navigate to HRS to manage tasks such as submitting time sheets, requesting leave, reviewing benefits, and updating personal details.   As part of this transition, the new link to HRS has already been added to Stout's My Apps Portal. 

What Do You Need to Know about My UW Change?

• The web address (my.wisconsin.edu) will remain unchanged.
• All current HR, Benefits and Payroll content will still be available, but might have some small navigation changes.
• Resources that are not HR, Benefits and Payroll related, such as ShopUW+, Zoom, etc., will be available in Stout’s My Apps.
• The new page will now be referred to as HRS instead of the MyUW portal.
• You will be able to access the My UW Portal at my.wisconsin.edu until June 11th, but after that date you will be redirected to HRS.
