ImageNow - Capture Profile Setup or Adjustment

The capture profile is used when printing items into ImageNow print settings application plan

Capture Profile Instructions - Batch Mode

Click on the down arrow next to Capture and choose Manage Capture Profiles. 
If you do not see the “Manage Capture Profiles” option, please contact Technology HelpDesk or create a self service HelpDesk Ticket.

ImageNow Printer Batch Mode Setup
Please click on “Create”

The ImageNow Printer dialog box will appear:

Highlight “New Capture Profile” in the name section.

Change to ImageNow Printer - Batch Mode or a name that makes sense to you.

Click on the pull down menu next to Source and select “ImageNow Printer”.

Your New Capture Profile is setup will look like the following:

Click “OK” to close.

You will see the ImageNow Printer – Batch Mode has been added:

Click Close

Setup to skip the Bypass QA Processing
If you want to “Bypass QA Processing” click on the Batch tab.

Click the box next to Bypass QA Processing Step to place a “check mark” in the box.

Setup for Sending Documents to a Specific Workflow Queue

If your documents need to arrive in a specific Workflow queue, that can be setup here also.
Click the down arrow next to “Send To:” and choose the workflow queue that you would like your documents to be placed after indexing them.

Your New Capture Profile should be setup and look like the following:

You will see the ImageNow Printer – Batch Mode has been added:
