ImageStout - Routing Folders (Research Services Grants)
This document will show how to route folders (formally known as projects). Grants and Contracts are using folders and the routing options are located at the top of the folder.
All documents in the folder need to be closed in order to see the routing options. Routing options for your project will be in the Workflow pane at the left of your screen or at the top of your screen.
If you don't see the routing options, close any open documents, the routing options will appear.
If you don't see the "Actions" pan on the left of screen your screen will look similar to this:
Click View and choose Actions to get the Actions Panel to appear.
The "Actions" panel will appear on the left of the screen.
If the next signer is in your Route Forward or Route Anywhere list, then select and choose "OK" The folder will disappear and route with all of the documents at once.
Route Forward is your "short list" and will contain the people you route to most often. Route Anywhere is the list of everyone in that workflow instance.
If the person you are looking for isn't in either list or you are the last signer then use "route anywhere and choose L_1Forms Complete.
