Hyperion -- Bindows™ screen when trying to log in

When the Bindows screen is displayed when trying to log into the Hyperion site, change the Compatibility View settings on Internet Explorer (IE) to include

"Bindows" errors result when "" is not listed as always viewed in compatibility mode. To fix:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click on the gear icon and select Compatibility View Settings

  3. Type “”  in the “Add this website box” and click the Add button. Then click the Close button.

  4. Close the tab in Internet Explorer that displays the "Bindows" error, reopen, and try again.
