Guides and assistance for use of Classroom Technology

To request immediate assistance in a classroom please call the Technology Help Desk at 715-232-5000.
If applicable, tell them that you are in in the middle of class time and would like to be forwarded to the Classroom Technician call queue. 
Please include the following information:

  • Building Name
  • Classroom Number
  • Technology issue
  • Type of Laptop (HP or Mac)
  • Time of Issue
