KeyAcess message KA-260 when launching a KeyServer application
NOTE: KeyServer is only found on 2016 laptops and older. Any re-imaged laptop will not have KeyServer and can instead use VPN to connect.
Your computer is not connected to the internet or you are off campus and not connected to UW-Stout's VPN which is required. The KeyServer client is trying and failing to contact the UW-Stout KeyServer.
Confirm your computer is connected to the internet and if off campus that you are connected to UW-Stout VPN. If connection problems exist try rebooting your computer as it is the recommended first course of action. If connection issues still exist after rebooting, please call or stop at the help desk in 109 Millennium for further assistance.
