KeyServer -- Error - KALIB64.dll file is missing
Error KALIB64.dll file is missing when launching a keyed application
NOTE: KeyServer is only found on 2016 laptops and older. Any re-imaged laptop will not have KeyServer and can instead use VPN to connect.
Occasionally the KeyServer client that allows keyed applications to launch needs to be installed or reinstalled.
Both Windows and Mac OS users can obtain the KeyServer client independently by visiting the Sasafrass download site: http://www.sassafras.com/support/ .
Faculty/Staff can also install from Software Center: Software Center - Installing software on faculty and staff HP laptops
Follow prompts for installation until asked for the KeyServer address: enter keyserver.uwstout.edu
KeyAccess appears in Add/Remove Programs on a Windows computer as "Sassafras K2 Client".
