ImageStout - Graduate School Admissions e-Evaluation Process
This is an ImageStout process for graduate program directors to review Admissions materials.
ImageStout is an enterprise document management system with workflow capabilities. ImageStout is being used across the UW-Stout campus in place of paper for secure document storage, faster retrieval and dissemination. The Graduate School is scanning their paper documents (e.g. applications, letters, transcripts, etc.), into the ImageStout system for your convenience. The graduate school is routing admissions and degree clearance documents through workflow. Graduate program directors will receive an e-mail notification when documents enter their workflow and are waiting for review.To access your documents you will need to log into WebNow or the ImageNow Client. If logging with the e-mail, WebNow or ImageStout will automatically open in workflow and the list of documents will appear. If logging from the UW Stout homepage or the ImageStout client, you will need to go to your workflow queue. Your screen should look similar to below:
Below is a screen shot of what your workflow queue might look like.
Double Click on the L_GS Admissions Evaluation document you would to open and review.
Printing the document is permitted. The document will need to be stamped approve or deny. The stamps that you will need to use for this process are: GS Program Director APPROVED or GS Program Director DENY ImageNow: Annotations
Right click to find the "GS" stamps.
After the L_GS Admissions Evaluation has been approved or denied, the document will need to be routed back to the Graduate School.
Choose the Route Forward option, there are two options for this. Chose the option that suits you.
The route forward dialog box will appear. Select the GS 1Program Degree-Admitted or GS 1Program Degree-Denied and choose Route.
All other documents can be "Archived" when you are finished with the. Archiving the document will remove the document from workflow while preserving the workflow history of the document.
Both options below will give the same Archive Workflow Item dialog box and then choose "Yes"
