Perceptive Content: Routing Options

This article explains the differences between the routing options available in Perceptive Content: Route Forward, Route Up (Route Back), and Route Anywhere. These options are available in both the Perceptive Content Desktop Client and the Perceptive Experience Web Client.

Route Forward:

  • Displays a predefined list of workflow queues that the user frequently routes documents to, including peers in the same group.
  • Commonly referred to as the “short list”.
  • This list can be updated upon user request.

  • Shows a history of workflow queues the document has previously been routed through.
  • Use this option to return a document to a prior workflow queue or user.
