ImageStout - Alumni Follow-Up Survery
This document will talk about how to search, view and print the Alumni Follow-up Survey.
Log into the ImageNow client or WebNow. ImageStout WebNow - Customize Document Window
Select Document and then Select the L_PARQ.Alumni Follow-up Survey View in the "Views" column on the left of the screen.
Click the plus sign to expand the view.
Options to view the University Wide results or program specific results. To view
the university wide survey results, Click on the University Wide Filter.
To view program specific results, click on the Program Name is equal to filter.
The "Select a Search Value" dialog box will come up, click the red "X" to remove the dialog box.
Now the Program Name is Equal to is highlighted. Click "Go" on the right of your screen, a pop-up box will appear with the listings of programs.
Select your program from the list and select OK
All of the documents for the program will appear in the search grid.
You can sort the documents by clicking on any of the column headers.

To open a document, highlight the appropriate row and double click.
The documents are in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or TIFF format.
Your document will look like this if it is in Microsoft Word or Excel format, click the "rocket" or choose Launch associated application.
If the Actions or Thumbnails panes are not open. Go to View and choose them from the list.
The document will open in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. (This is sample of Microsoft Word)
TIFF format documents will open automatically in the ImageNow viewer. If your document has more than one
page it would be noted in the two places circled below.
To open another page of the document, you can double click on the thumbnail image of the page, use the navigation arrows,
or use the page selector drop down. If your thumbnails are not visible select the F9 key on your keyboard.
