VoIP - Busy signal on phone after password change
If after changing your campus password your VoIP phone doesn't work, you must log back into Skype for Business. Skype for Business will prompt you for a password.
Note: The Skype for Business login window does NOT "pop up" in the front of other windows; please minimize all other application windows or reboot your computer to log back into Skype for Business.
If the pop-up isn't hiding behind a window and the phone is displaying an "Invalid address, user name or password" error, please hit the "Cancel" softkey on your phone to prompt the window to pop up. You may need to hit cancel a second time on the phone.
