Disable email notifications for missed calls on VoIP


To change or modify notification settings in Voice Mail

  1. Click here for direct link to Voice Mail settings
  2. Login with your UW-Stout credentials when prompted
  3. Uncheck radio box "Send an email message to my inbox when I miss a phone call"

   4.   Click Save


Using Menu to navigate and change Voice Mail Settings

  1. Login to you email from the UW-Stout Logins webpage
  2. When prompted put in your UW-Stout login credentials
  3. Click on the Gear icon in the upper right if web page
  4. Click on the Mail link toward the bottom of column under "My App settings"
  5. In the right column drop down menu for General
  6. Then drop down menu for Voice Mail
  7. Go to Notifications heading and click on it
  8. Uncheck "Send email message to my inbox when I miss a phone call"
  9. Click Save
