Networking Printing: Requesting a print or copy code for printers
Codes can only be added to Lanier/Ricoh network printers
Codes can only be requested by department associates or department leadership

Please submit a Self-Service Help Desk ticket with the name and code that are needed with the name or location of printer. Even if a code is not associated with an individual, a name must be entered on the printer side. A tech will contact you if they need more information.
Removing codes on a printer is the same process. Submit a Self-Service Help Desk ticket with the name and code that are needed to be removed with the name or location of printer.
IT does not do anything with printing funding strings. Asking for funding strings to be added or removed does not give us the information needed to update the printer address book. Please submit the name, code, and printer name for all printer code change tickets.
