Office365 Authentication Maintenance
Telecommunications and Networking will perform maintenance Thursday, Dec. 29, on the system that provides authentication to Office365 services such as email, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and StoutCloud.
This maintenance lasted from 12:00am-7:00 am on December 29th. User impact is expected to be minor; after maintenance is complete clients may need to reenter their credentials for any of the listed services.
- Skype for Business on Windows/HP computers may prompt continually to log in. In most cases restarting your computer will resolve the issue.
- Office applications such as Excel and Word may not display recent documents. You will need to sign into Office again, by choosing "Sign in to get the most out of Office" from within the application that is missing your recent documents.
